How deposits work
- A deposit is required to secure each scan appointment.
- $200 for small jobs, $400 for large jobs.
- Applied toward the total cost of your capture.
Booking a capture is a big decision. This guide explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work so you always know what to expect—and how to reach us if something changes.
We reserve a dedicated team and specialized equipment for every appointment. Deposits help us lock in your capture window and coordinate the right archivists.
When you book, we block off travel time, prep your gear loadout, and stage a memory technician to your location. The deposit keeps everything ready for you.
Plans change—we get it. Let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to another family or creator and get you rescheduled without stress.
Your deposit and any additional payments are fully refunded, no questions asked.
The deposit becomes non-refundable, since our team is already en route and the gear is reserved specifically for you.
We want you to love the finished memory. If something feels off, reach out and we’ll work through it together.
Email remnantzoria@gmail.com with your order details and what you’d like us to revisit. A technician will respond quickly to set expectations.
Prefer to keep the work? You can choose to receive the raw .ply file of your scan in addition to, or instead of,
a partial refund. We’ll make sure you get the assets you need.
Reach out to us at remnantzoria@gmail.com with your name, order details, and a short description of the issue. You’ll hear back from a Remnant archivist who can guide you through the next steps.
We aim to respond within one business day, and faster for urgent day-of capture changes.
